Warranty Terms And Conditions

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Warranty Terms") apply to your purchase of the 'Phomees' brand products ("Product") sold in the United Kingdom by ACTSOA Ltd. ("ACTSOA", "we", "us", "our"). These Warranty Terms form part of your contract with us for the sale of Products.

1.2 Please read these Warranty Terms carefully before purchasing a Product. By purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Warranty Terms.

2. Standard Warranty

2.1 ACTSOA provides a standard one-year warranty for the Product starting from the date of purchase ("Standard Warranty").

2.2 Under the Standard Warranty, ACTSOA will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product free of charge if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period.

3. Extended Warranty

3.1 A customer may upgrade their Standard Warranty to an extended warranty ("Extended Warranty") by registering with us within 30 days of the product's purchase. 

3.2 The Extended Warranty commences on the date of registration and lasts  for a maximum period of three years from the date of purchase, representing the useful lifespan of the product as determined by ACTSOA.

3.3 Under the Extended Warranty, ACTSOA will repair or replace the Product free of charge if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the three-year period from the date of purchase.

4. Exclusions

4.1 The Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty do not cover:

  1. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.
  2. Damage caused by accident, disaster, or abuse.
  3. Unauthorised modification, repair, or disassembly of the Product.
  4. Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
  5. Any damage caused by non-observance of the Product instruction manual.

5. Claiming the Warranty

5.1 To make a warranty claim, customers must contact ACTSOA customer service with a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase, and if requested, send the Product to ACTSOA for inspection.

5.2 ACTSOA reserves the right to decline a warranty claim if the customer fails to provide adequate proof of purchase or if the product inspection reveals an exclusion as detailed in section 4.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 The warranties given in these Warranty Terms are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under law.

6.2 If any provision of these Warranty Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

6.3 These Warranty Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
